Standard Check-In time is 12:00 PM (Noon) and Check-Out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability upon arrival and may incur nominal charges during peak season.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern room reservations, guest stays, and on-property facilities at Desert Haveli Guest House, Jaisalmer Fort.
2. Government Identification Requirement
In accordance with Government of Rajasthan hospitality regulations, all adult guests (Indian and International) must present valid original government-issued photo identification (Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid identity proof.
3. Rates, Taxes & Payment Methods
All room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) per room per night. Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged in accordance with prevailing government tax slabs. Payments may be completed via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or Cash on property.
4. Child & Extra Bedding Policy
Children up to 5 years of age stay complimentary when sharing existing beds with parents. Extra mattresses or rollaway beds for additional guests (above room base capacity) are subject to room type allowances and nominal daily charges.
5. Heritage Property Conservation & Conduct
Desert Haveli is a preserved 450-year-old historic stone monument inside Jaisalmer Fort. Guests are kindly requested to treat the architectural carvings with care. Quiet hours in the residential fort area are observed between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to reservations, stays, or services at Desert Haveli Guest House shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
